Windsor Vue, a boutique building of just 33 apartments set over 6 levels, is designed for an inner-city lifestyle offering larger floor plans, entertainer sized balconies, all complimented by a high standard of finishes.
This project also included a commercial aspect with offices along one side of the building.
Resident amenities include a private residents rooftop terrace with barbeque areas, basement car parking and full security.

This urban development in Paradise Point provides a mix of 470 apartments and town houses, along with retail, home office space and marina berths. The eco sensitive location, infrastructure and marina installation provided many challenges that were addressed throughout the process of securing approvals to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase of the property.

This site presented a number of critical development constraints, including such issues as cultural heritage, DEWHA and development covenants imposed by GBRMPA (Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority).
